And did Schrade specifically design its knives for purpose of killing? Whether sharp objects have been used for killing in the past is irrelevant to that point.
Ok, let’s take something specifically manufactured AS a weapon - swords. If I kill seven or eight people with a sword, is WKC liable? They manufactured a legal product and sold it to me legally. On what grounds (legal or ethical) can the families of my victims sue the company for damages?
