Unvaxxed employees can't go into any company facility, attend company functions, or travel for business without submitting to daily covid testing, and even then, they must have a bona fide exemption approved by our risk management provider.
It's a bit more flexible - however being unable to attend company functions or travel for business is going to be bad for some people's careers. Not mine, I'm vaxxed and I worked remotely before the pandemic.
I don't think United really has that kind of flexibility, though.
Cool. One question, who pays for the testing?
Also, it would be great if they jacked up the insurance rates for the unvaccinated, the same as they do for smokers.
