Show me where people have the right to become a citizen of another country. Do you have the right to be an American? No, you don't. You can't even drive across the border right now.
Canada's immigration policy discriminates in favor of people with skills and money even MORE than the U.S. does, although it does prioritize what the U.S. right-wing calls "chain migration".
