I don't generally do the new year's resolution thing, but I might give this one a go: I'm no longer going to tell people to fuck off. That's really kind of thoughtless, because you don't know what that person is going through. They might well be a perfectly nice person - any of a number of things might have happened to make them behave that particular way at that particular time.
