Unrealistic in the sense of wishing that you could fly, or unrealistic in the sense that you see no path from where you are to that desired outcome, and in either case, how did that inform you about a soul forge?

That one. My life would've had to have played out differently for my fantasies to become reality. I would need to have friends, I would need to be skinny (like I used to be)......the soul forge is a necessary belief, because I don't want my suffering to be for nothing.
