I get that freedom of speech doesn't apply here. But are you saying that "if you don't like what he's saying" he ought to be head-broken and tossed out? Because that's how you made it sound. I don't think so. If he follows the rules, he can stay. That's forum policy, right? You didn't do a good job of conveying that in your post, imo.

No, I’m saying that if he continues to break the rules he’ll be tossed out. I accept that I didn’t express it very well. I’ll try again.

We run our home according to certain rules. One of those is a ban on certain words. If you come into my home and repeatedly use those words, you’ll eventually be sent packing. Not for using the words, but for ignoring the rule against them  (another rule we have is that our cats take precedence over any and all house guests, but that one doesn’t seem to apply here).
