That's a pretty stupid rule. I suggest you change it. Does a meme of George Washington and what he said become acceptable to be shared on after 30 posts? Or should such a meme be acceptable right from the get go. I guess it depends on how you feel about George Washington. So, how do you feel about him.
I think the rule is primarily a spam filter. Why do you assume we would not like George Washington?
