Since you seem unable to read the rules, I’ll help you out:

New members must make 30 posts and be a member for 30 days before they are allowed to post external content, such as links, images, or videos. 

See, this means that you must have made at least 30 posts AND have been a member for at least 30 days before you can post external content. So…no.

Let me know if big words like ‘external’ are giving you trouble and I’ll see if I can rephrase.
