There's no mention of god in our constitution. Maybe because of the clero fascist regime ruling between 1933 and 1938, when Hitler came. They established a new constitution in 1934, where god was part of the preamble. After the war we went back to the Kelsen document of 1920, where god doesn't play any role. But even now, some conservative pressure groups try to sneak god into the constitution.

As far as oaths go, I haven't got the slightest idea, if god is part of that. I never swore one.
