Theory to how "Moses Crossing the Sea" tale came from

I was looking at a video where tides within certain hours, goes away and returns. Its on the geographical area of Pelusiac Nile "Above that from the edge of Lake of Tanis" at the edge of that landmark and crossing over to the other side.
In the video it took 9 hours for the sea to go away which formed a dry land. And perhaps 4 more to revert it back to the way it was with the sea.

edit update: Though if anyone can find the location of this in Egypt then let me know. Tried but i cant seem to find it.
