Republicans have been spending the last several years on social media denouncing pronouns as a way to attack transgender equality. Several Republican elected officials – like Reps. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) and Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) – have claimed bizarre non-pronouns to be their pronouns as a way to make fun of the practice of sharing one’s pronouns in progressive and LGBTQ spaces.

But former Republican Congressional candidate Lavern Spicer just took the cake.

“Stop teaching kids pronouns and start teaching them grammar!” she exclaimed on Twitter.
