Translation? If you are saying that DT should die of a heart attack while having adulterous sex, then, yes, that would be most appropriate, completely in character.
A cox'n -coxswain- is the person who sits in a scull and calls cadence for the persons rowing. The call is, "Stroke, stroke...". A stroke is not a heart attack, though. Scull being the name for those long skinny rowboats.
