A = long "A" sound, when paired with "Y" (for some words) / long "I" sound, when paired with "Y" (for some words) / "ah" sound, when not paired with "Y"

E = long "E" sound, when paired with "O" / "eh" sound, when paired with a consonant

I = this letter is not used in Bhedish at all

O = long "O" sound

U = long "U" sound, means "out of" or "out of the" / "oo" sound, means "in" or "in the"

There is no upper case in Bhedish at all. All words are written entirely in lower case, including names.
