I repeat living is not a crime and not everyone should work together to solve the crisis within their economic means. Making countries poorer will not solve the issue.

I repeat living irresponsibly in a way that harms environment and can cause billions of deaths is a crime.

if what the developing world is doing is crime then the entire developed world would be on the death row, and thus in no position to pretend to judge any other accused. 

But what the less savory parts of the developed world is doing instead is assert some natural right to all the loot accumulated from the prodigious 160 year crime spree,  while sanctimoniously pronouncing harsher judgement on others who criminal career are much less distinguished in both severity and length and whose total haul of loot is far smaller
