Yes they can. India is making huge investments into solar and wind energy. But if the West supported them, they could be building nuclear plants in return for not using coal anymore. And this could be done immediately. So things are happening right now but it could be accelerated. That’s my point of view.
(+ female professional schools in countries like India. That woul be a good one too
