Poor countries should have lower fertility rate and American taxpayers don't owe them anything.

Or we could all work together and the American taxpayer could stop being a sociopath. And no one has to deplete their populous.

There is this organization called SEWA in India (Self Employed Women’s Association: https://www.sewa.org/) And Hillary Clinton made a speech at that NGO today (in the city of Ahmedabad). Together they created something called the Global Climate Resilience Fund to help developing nations adapt to the effects of climate change.

- This is exactly the type of effort that is needed.
1) To support women becoming economically independent in order to allow them to make decisions over their own bodies (in order to stop the very high fertility rates in third world countries)
And 2) To try to develop some adaptation strategies which should include supporting third world countries in their energy transition.
