They are diploma mills, obviously. And I think the university I am attending is first and foremost a diploma mill. I think the professors here are not particularly competent programmers to learn the stuff from.

Well, like Bryan Caplan put it: "If you want to study at Harvard, you don't need to fill any applications, just move to Harvard and start attending lectures.
