You throw these things around in this forum as a cockatoo might throw around uncomprehended saying in the midst a learned discussion amongst humans 


Code is only “always an evidence of design” if one chose or only call those things which function like code and is designed “a code”.    But there are enormous number of things in nature which works in ways analogous to codes, but which isn’t designed.

When biologists say DNA is a code, they mean it functions in ways analogous to an artificially contrived code.    It does not mean it is artificially contrived.     If you do not know this, then you are not capable of using the saying “DNA is a code” in a way that does not betray you as a crockpot religious ignoramus.
