So you know that water in earth and not on it is mostly not water as you would find in the ocean, in rain, or in any flood?     That water is mostly chemically bound in minerals?   Ie they are not exact wet, as you might say?

And of that water which will separate out as wet stuff when pressure is released, they exist at pressure and temperatures not like the ignoramuses who conceived the genesis bullshit, or even dumber yokels like you for you are exactly as ignorant as they but live in a much more knowledgeable age, can imagine?   They are supersaturated and they in fact are what power explosive part of explosive volcanic eruptions like krakatau, mt st. Helens, and yellowstone super volcano?     Yes, water in the earth are explosive.     If it were not, volcanos would be effusive, not explosive.   

So you still think water boiled out of earth to a depth to submerge mountains?

"Sometimes the porous rock layers become tilted in the earth. There might be a confining layer of less porous rock both above and below the porous layer. This is an example of a confined aquifer. In this case, the rocks surrounding the aquifer confines the pressure in the porous rock and its water. If a well is drilled into this "pressurized" aquifer, the internal pressure might (depending on the ability of the rock to transport water) be enough to push the water up the well and up to the surface without the aid of a pump, sometimes completely out of the well. This type of well is called artesian. The pressure of water from an artesian well can be quite dramatic.

A relationship does not necessarily exist between the water-bearing capacity of rocks and the depth at which they are found. A very dense granite that will yield little or no water to a well may be exposed at the land surface. Conversely, a porous sandstone may lie hundreds or thousands of feet below the land surface and may yield hundreds of gallons per minute of water. Rocks that yield freshwater  have been found at depths of more than 6,000 feet, and salty water has come from oil wells at depths of more than 30,000 feet. On the average, however, the porosity and permeability of rocks decrease as their depth below land surface increases; the pores and cracks in rocks at great depths are closed or greatly reduced in size because of the weight of overlying rocks."

The porous aquifer in the shallow crust does not contain 3 times as much water as on the surface.  it contains far less.    but it will take far more wate than in all the aquafers to raise sea level to drown St. louis, much less than tallest mountain.   The 3 times as much water that is inside the earth primarily exist inside the mantle of the earth much deeper down, in chemically bound water inside mantle rocks.   They don’t exist 6000 or 30,000 feet down.   They exist from 30-3000 miles down.   They are not wet, as you might be able to frame in reference.   They did not get down there because water percolated through the aquafer.   this is because pressure more than 10 miles down does not permit any porosity to continue to exist in rocks.   They were there either as original part of rock’s composition when earth first formed, or were dragged under when water saturated sediments became pulled into the mantle at subduction plate boundaries over the age of the earth.  And they return slowly to the surface through volcanos, in a long term water cycle between mantle and crust that last hundreds of millions of years,  not 40 days nor even 40 thousand years.  And slowly is good because they are explosive when they are brought up to the surface quickly.    If all that water is suddenly released on the surface, it would be 1. Impossible, 2. Incinerate the surface of the earth in a blanket of superheated vapor much hotter than what is required to melt lead.
