P2 is false so your argument fails. We refer to it as a code in common usage but it is no such thing.

Instead let me ask you why humans have 97% of the same ERV (retroviral fossils in our DNA) that chimps do. Save ERV with the same mutations, the same leader and trailer sequences, embedded in the same locations in our genomes. Did your good lord feel the need to embed monkey cooties in our genes in very mysterious ways?
