Are people with androgen insensitivity syndrome men or women? What decides the answer here? They typically look womanly on the outside, but they have male chromosomes, and they lack wombs. So maybe it all comes down to what genitals they possess, or is it maybe something to do with whether you have wombs or not?
Is it strictly to do with genitals? Then what about intersex people then, especially those who may possess both male and female genitalia?
This is a subject far more complex than what you make it out to be.
