From what I see, the Agastya Samhita seems to be dated to medieval times, and it is not clear about what is talked in that part about the clay battery, or is it legitimate. The other thing is that ancient people were fascinated by electricity, like the one that can be found in amber. For many thousands of years people have been trading with amber because, among other things, they thought that its static electricity can heal.

If we stick to Plato's description of Atlantis then Atlantis could not have existed because it would have been too big not to be noticed by now. This is Plato's description of Atlantis: there lay an island which was larger than Libya and Asia together.

So if there existed something bigger than Asia and most of Africa put together, someone else would have noticed it, as well as we would easily find remains of it.
