Or, for that matter, someone like Eden Atwood, born with XY chromosomes and testes with testosterone coursing through their blood and zero way to actually put that testosterone to use. And, no, if someone is born with Complete Androgen Insensitivity like she was, there’s no way to actually get those testosterone receptors to actually work.








And, ironically, despite being born with XY chromosomes and testes, I suspect that if she decided to live and present as male, she’d probably be in a worse position to do so than Elliot Page. At least Elliot’s body can actually use that testosterone. With Eden, it’d be about as effective as firing an Uzi with proper bullets at Superman.
