Wait, I think we're talking about completely different things here. I'm talking about electoral fraud, where some votes for the opposition aren't counted, or votes for the "winning side" are inflated. A quirk of an electoral system isn't electoral fraud; it's just a quirk of the system.
I'm not saying it's fair, just that it doesn't constitute electoral fraud. I happen to agree with you that it isn't fair, and I've already proposed (in the other thread) that Alternative Vote is a better (and fairer) way of deciding elections with one winner.
