I’ll be singing hymns in church later today. I’ll think of you. 
Sorry for being a “coward”, it’s scary being a Christian. Especially a Catholic. 
Nothing in our universe can be created out of nothing. Unless by God, who can do anything.
Yes, suffering is a challenging issue for Theists, not sure why you conclude i worship cancer. I know Catholics who go to Mass every week and more who have cancer,
