The "angels" evil and good came from Babylonian (yes, yet another "pagan" influence on Hebrew culture).
They almost all have pagan names related to the chief pagan god, "El Elyon". Even Israel is named for a pagan god.

Rapha-el, Micha-el, Uri-el, .... the messengers of El. The chief Babylonian deity was "El".
