I'm fairly sure it's lucky number 13.

I'm curious as to what makes you fairly sure it's 13. It's a long way to get there compared to 4. And it also has two other openings the liquid could exit through.

But I'm also not sure where the liquid is more inclined to go once it drops underneath bucket 2, and whether that uphill battle to Bucket 3 is a bigger barrier than I'm thinking.
