Just some basic definitions:
 
Fascism = authoritarian rule based on a twisted perception of reality and the brainwashing of ordinary citizens with those lies. History sees that as one of the Greatest evil.
 

Much too general definition of Fascism. This is the reason why everybdy is accusing everybody else of being fascists, and then, when REAL fascism reappears, noo one is impressed anymore.
Please consider that you are doing fascistsa FAVOUR with this definition.

Nazi / Neo-Nazi ideology: Fascist ideology that emphasizes the superiority of one human race (!?) over another. In history: This venture has cost the lives of about 50 million people across the world. After that our main motto became: “Never Again”.

National Socialism does not equal fascim+racism

1) That’s my personal definition. Fascist means Benito Mussolini. The Duce. And similar people like the General Franco of Spain or General Augusto Pinochet of Chili.  
 
Today everyone is accusing everyone of being fascists (or Nazis) because it represents a negative thing.
 
My opinion on that: If you take young demonstrators and put them in jail and/or torture them for not adhering to your interpretation of “loving the motherland”, that’s when you become a fascist.
 
Georgia Meloni for instance, is a right-wing populist. (Although she is said to have been a fascist in her teenage years).
