We know this because we have observed giraffes coming into this world in that certain way. We know they do not pop into existence out of nowhere. We do not need to have observed the birth of every giraffe to know all of this.

Proof by assertion is droll and uninteresting. That which can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence. You have presented nothing.
