What information is contained within atheism that is false and immoral?

There is no information in atheism.  It is simply a lack of belief in a god or gods.  We don't have laws, rules, commandments, or even a Grand Poobah.

The idea of evangelizing atheism is a non-starter.

Live your life as a decent person, or not, without it needing to be due to a belief or non in some sort of deity.
