The electro-chemical activity which produces the energy to keep the body alive has ceased.Any energy which remains is in the form of biological waste.IE the cadaver,that energy is released as the body is consumed by bacteria,moulds etc or when it is burned. What happens to the energy which is released through cremation?
There is no credible evidence that mind is separate from the body. That belief is called 'dualism'.
Bases on the evidence of which I'm aware, the mind is the dynamic of the living brain. The mind is an EFFECT,just like motion of a car is the EFFECT of turning fuel into energy.
