Right, but that is more likely the result of the inverse relationship between wealth and family size rather than abortion. Even when China was enforcing its One-Child policy with the brutal practice of forcible abortions, its population still grew.
So if anyone wants to argue that abortion reduces net population growth, they'll need better evidence.

Now, do you have any evidence to support your agreement with this point? Does any evidence demonstrate that abortion is at the root of these population-growth slowdowns/reversals? Because that is the claim you agreed with above.
