I have no idea of the evidence Musk may have that supports his claim, and as Fauci is not leveling lawsuits against any of those who have made similar claims about the result of his actions in regard to Covid 19, I have to assume that there is sufficient question to allow such remarks under the First Amendment as no one has proved their falsity. Fauci claims one thing, his detractors another. When proof in either direction is decided upon in a court of law, I will be happy to amend my remark, if it requires amendment.
You can’t accuse someone of mass murder without evidence. That’s what makes it slander.

Well, when written down like that, it's libel. The only difference between slander and libel is that libel's easier to prove.
