Is the plot from THX 1138 movie, the atheist utopian dream?

Since it has lot of common with atheist materialist thinking. No suffering and a docile society. Aka fantasy land
Its bad enough with discord porn servers or those places where people self diagnose themself with a mental disorder. Or develop autism from watching too much anime. Thats the cause and a effect of brainrot mindset and a docile society
But hey without pain and religion the world would be better off or something? Which obviously will never happen because if you dont have an established fear factor of not being loyal to one. Then people will either start worshipping idols "Like a person or cults". Thats the nature of humans. You can't NPC someone to atheism, and it wouldnt stop sufferings or wars. Example is creepy China experiments like WEF (Which is to undermine Western Democracies)
I however do think THX 1138 movie seems more like a Klaus Schwab wet dream though. Or World Economic Forum. Also did i say how much i hate Snort Phones, the fourth industrial revolution. I hate that technology.
Green Scam deal saying that, driving cars that run gas is hurting the planet. (Me thinking the obvious. Well just GET rid of the cars and airplanes then. Those are the reasons for CO2 emissions) But obviously the idea is that poor and middle class are supposed to be at the mercy of elite federalist society. So they can reap off them and just tell others what to do. Forget Amish society, its about control!.
Thats what the Civil War was about. If you have read James McPherson book "Battle Cry of Freedom". The South considered Northern states dystopian because of the industrialist mechanized society... (But i like John Brown... but not so much Lincoln). But while subjugating a race as inferior is bad for sure. I dont see however how letting centralized power control your life to be good.
