It looks rough. He's got a trifecta, all branches of government. His appointments will be rammed through. He can implement Project 2025. He'll almost certainly get to appoint some younger, more MAGA Supreme Court justices. The only hopeful bits are that he's terrible at keeping promises, our oligarchs may try restrain him from tanking the economy, and if he does, maybe we'll still have enough democracy left to hamstring him in the midterms.
