Since society has decided it no longer wants to protect women, the government has to step in and play that role - much to the despise of everyone of us who would like to see the government reduced only to it's core purposes of national defense and commercial facilitating.

My point is that rapists are already dressing up as women and entering women's bathroom for 100 y.
It has nothing to do with transgenders.
The key to entering a women's bathroom is to look like a women.
Or maybe you are asking that people who look like men should not go into the women's bathroom?
