Appreciate the honest answers.
If accountability simply wasn't an option - regardless how far up the totem pole you go, the bosses don't see it as being offensive - I would guess you would quit the company at that point?
I also have to ask, how would you define racism offensive enough to go to a boss over? What would be a general rule of thumb for when it crosses the line and becomes an offense?
