Some pages have been replaced. Not sure if Gen Powell's is one of them. Some of these have been described as "mistaken", or "part of an automated review process", but the fact this is happening at all is pathetic, and our national security will suffer greatly for it as women and minorities get the hint and separate instead of re-upping.
Of course, that's almost surely the goal with this Administration.
