Yes, it was sent on Signal. But that isn't any secure channel I've any experience with, and it goes over public wires, IIUC, which is a TOTAL no-no. I think it's a toss-up between deliberate revelation, or incompetence. In terms of results, I guess that doesn't matter, given the chump's actual concern for guarding government secrets. Fucking bathroom storage, yet.
