Then you don't have a theory. You have some kooky notions that don't explain the data.

Don''t think you thought that through.   The whole enterprise of physics revolves around making observations, then interpretations.   It's actually how science works.   Moving on... if your interpretations fit into a self-consistent cohesive whole, then you have a model/theory.   And if your theory seamlessly aligns with observation, you have a successful theory.  

You seem to be mostly through anger.   Still clearly in denial.   Though I think I see glimmers of bargaining in this one.   You're making great progress!
