I'm definitely not trying to make an excuse for this," she continued. "I'm just giving you facts, that he wasn't into, like, 8-year-olds. But he liked the very young teen types that could pass for even younger than they were, but would look legal to a passerby."
The host then claimed, "We have yet to see anybody come forward and say, 'I was under 10, I was under 14 when I first came within his purview.' You can say that's a distinction without a difference. I think there is a difference. There's a difference between a 15-year-old and a 5-year-old, you know?"

1) That's not what "Barely Legal" means. "Barely Legal" is eighteen or nineteen. Maybe sixteen or seventeen if you're taking into account states with younger Age of Consent laws, but that can still have other legal consequences. The only circumstance where I can see a fifteen-year-old being technically legal in America is maybe in a jurisdiction with a Romeo and Juliet law, and there's no way in Hell that applies to Jeffy.
2) For the record, the youngest alleged victim (at least as far as we know) was 11. She was Jane Doe XIII in this lawsuit.
