Short answer: No.
The term was first used by Asimov, so if anyone has a copyright claim, it would be his estate. If it was used by Adams without permission, and a copyright claim was never pursued, then there is no copyright.
Of course, what it really comes down to to is Musk won't care. If he gets sued over it and if they win, even if the sum is enormous, it's nothing more than a line item on his monthly bank statement.
