A simpler question: Do you wish to suggest there is a conspiracy in the scientific community worldwide to subvert the process of peer-review and promote an anti-religious agenda for some unclear motivation?
If so, you're going to have to posit some substantial power that can reach across national bounds and keep all scientists in line and on board for so long. Additionally, you will need to supply what motive there could be. Is there money to be made in promoting evolution?
If not, why would you suppose that scientists are either deliberately fudging carbon dating data or being negligent in factoring anything that might throw the findings off?
