You can't have a dead man to lead you. Hitler can be like, something of a mentor, or liege to them, and they'll analyze his works and etc...
But they can have somone who goes the same way as Hitler, although that would probably result in cutting off the majority of the world's neo-nazis...
Particularly the ones from Poland, Russia and other slav countries except for Croatia.

Errr...Really, who do they have as support in Germany?
Or in England? Or in America? Someone who can watch their back, and take leadership when the time comes.
Their supposed paramilitaries are a joke.
When I see the proud Magyar Garda from Hungary, whom they have likened to the SS, supposedly, although they do not follow the Germanophile Hitler's ideology, I see a real, proud gendarmerie, and a real nationalistic movement for Hungary and Turan.
Not like those false grey wolves in Turkey, and certainly not like the neo-nazi half-assed scumbags who can't even read.

Edit: The name I used for the Magyar Garda previously, "paramilitary", was a wrong word. It ought to be closer to a gendarmerie, as the Magyar Garda employ no weapons of any kind, nor participate in violence unless it's absolutely necessary.
