Rev Rye, I freakin' loved "Perfume." I actually just suggested it to a friend - both as a book and as a movie. Did you see the movie?

Yeah. I've even considered trying to find something that works like the titular perfume in the climax and set it off in someplace like the Republican National Convention or a megachurch. I know that it won't be likely to involve the same ingredients: even I do distill the scent of twelve modestly attractive, unperfumed women like him, it'd probably only smell like movie night in a sorority. Of course, it appears that the Air Force has tried something similar and failed.
