Oh he surely would have rather had the wolf's head on their flags and armbands, to signify their allegiance to the Turkish cause, yet those were the circumstances.
However, we were not raised by any foreign ideology such as national socialism. That only applies to Germans(or germanic folks), while Fascism applies to Italians.
Besides, it was my grandfather's father. My grandfather's grandfather fled Crimea when the Bolsheviks took over, and distributed his stuff probably amongst pro-communist assholes in the region.
He came here with nothing but his military experience, and he joined the Turkish army after the war.
