No, the funny thing is that Christians, especially Catholics, practice a form of ritual symbolic cannibalism in church every week. Catholics are taught to believe that the wine & wafers turn into the actual blood & flesh of Jesus during the mass, which they all eat.
Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.
