That is a perfectly normal geological feature probably caused by a shock wave after a minor impact nearby, similar to the ripples on the water after a stone is thrown into a lake.
You really must get into the habit of considering all possibilities before jumping straight to the most unlikely conclusion. It's called critical thinking..
