Have all of the Atheists and some others on like forums comited the unforgivable sin?

Peace everyone. I have a question aimed especially at the Christians and that is have the Atheists and some others on forums that discus the bible committed the unforgivable sin of blasphemy against the holly spirit?

If they have then can they be saved from eternal death that would await for them if that is the case?

Let's say some of them start believing in the bible, what could he do then to be forgiven?

And what's the right translation of the verse that talks about the unforgivable sin? Because in difetent bibles it says diferent things if I remember well.
