Why I was responding to Cthulhu Dreaming's position.
If the God described in the bible were "real", as portrayed in the bible, then I would have to reject it, because it would be a "God" who isn't even as benevolent or intelligent as myself.
Why would I want to be an eternal servant to a moron God?
So if the biblical description of "God" were real, I too would reject it.
Christian - A moron who believes that an all-benevolent God can simultaneously be a hateful jealous male-chauvinistic pig.
Wiccan - The epitome of cerebral evolution having mastered the magical powers of the universe and is in eternal harmony with the mind of God.
Atheist - An ill-defined term that means something different to everyone who uses it.

Clearly Jesus (a fictitious character or otherwise) will forgive people if they merely know not what they do
For the Bible Tells us so!
